If so, our client is seeking a reliable and active person to work as a full-time permanent Facilities Assistant, to be responsible for a range of duties. These include maintaining the compliance with the health and safety legislation, physical security such as controlling the keys and door cards and weekly emptying the shredding bins, facility maintenance, postal & archiving services, maintaining stock levels for stationary supplies, staff refreshments, vending machine, kitchen and cloakroom stock levels, risk management, compliance, domestic & catering services, sorting, distributing and mailing daily bank statements and other general and ad-hoc activities.
