Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Responsibilities are varied but typically include:-
Undertake Scanning/Filing/Archiving deliverables
Participation in various annual and ad-hoc projects eg: retention/data destruction projects
General facilities administrative tasks using Work, Excel and Outlook – updating various trackers, invoice management, stationery mgt etc accurately and with harmonisation
Maintaining internal authorised signatory lists
Undertake general facilities duties including front of House duties eg: Visitor and hospitality services, Meeting room bookings, messenging, mailroom
Liaison with third party/contractors as required eg; couriers etc
Fulfil HandS policy duties and obtain/maintain any associated qualifications
Undertake BCP activities as determined in BCP plan
Be an active member of the Social Committee and help plan and deliver events
