Are you an organised, proactive professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our client, a well-established organisation in the Jersey funds sector, is looking for an Executive Office Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior stakeholders. 

Based in St Helier on a permanent basis, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in administration, clerical support, or PA/secretarial work who wants to play a key role in the success of a busy, professional team. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Supporting senior stakeholders- You will provide day-to-day support to senior team members, helping them stay organised and focused by managing their diaries, meetings, and correspondence. 

  • Keeping the office running smoothly- From handling documentation and filing to maintainingaccurate records, you will help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. 

  • Acting as a key point of contact- You will liaise with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, helping to coordinate information, meetings, and follow-up actions. 

  • Ensuring confidentiality - You will work with sensitive information and will be entrusted to handle it with discretion and professionalism. 

Key skills and experience 

  • Administrator/Clerk/Officer background- You are confident managing day-to-day office administration, handling documentation, and maintainingaccurate records. 

  • Strong PA/Secretarial skills- You are experienced in diary management, meeting coordination, preparing correspondence, and supporting senior team members. 

  • Ownership and reliability- You take responsibility for your tasks, follow procedures carefully, and see things through from commencement to completion
