This is a board level role with a business specialising in the setup, governance and management of fund and corporate structures.
The role holder will provide high level technical advice and support to all areas of the business highlighting and investigating risk for both the clients and the business. Responsible for seeking out business development opportunities for the Private Client, Funds and Corporate areas of the Jersey business. Candidates should have a relevant professional qualification, a minimum of ten years' experience in a similar relevant capability with a particular focus on Private Clients, a good understanding of Jersey statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements and at least three years' experience acting on client entity boards.
