Executive Assistant

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a leading provider in fund and corporate services.

 

Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Diary and Meeting Management- organise the PE Leadership Team's diaries and provide support with meeting arrangements and logistics as required
  • Travel Management – Work with Reception and Office Support to ensure travel is booked appropriately
  • Agenda creation and travel management for existing or prospective client meetings
  • Action tracking at meetings and follow up to ensure that actions have been addressed, includes but is not limited to the weekly PE Leadership meetings where the role acts as secretary and the local actions arising from the PE Product Board meetings
