Executive Administration Assistant
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to provide additional support to the team in a fast paced environment, undertaking calendar/diary management, organisation of meetings/conferences, travel schedules, invoicing and preparation of correspondence together with a full range of administrative services. Duties will involve support with the organisation of in-house, external leadership meetings/conferences; production and formatting of correspondence and documentation; maintaining online filing system; keeping business systems, Microsoft 365 sites and applications up to date; processing of expense claims; supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate must be service orientated and highly organised and efficient, with previous experience providing administration support to an executive team, ideally in professional services, high level of attention to detail, a proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks, often to tight deadlines, excellent IT skills and be an excellent communicator and highly motivated and results driven.by the prospect of producing the best results in our changing environment.
