Our client is seeking a dedicated Executive Administration Assistant to provide essential support to the executive team within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse array of administrative tasks, including diary management, organising meetings and conferences, coordinating travel, managing invoices, and preparing documents. Job Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments, including meeting and conference organisation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
- Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Organise in-house and external leadership meetings and conferences
- Maintain the online filing system and ensure all documentation is regularly filed, including emails and correspondence
- Update business systems and Microsoft 365 applications as needed
- Process expense claims promptly
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to aid executive operations
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience providing administrative support to an executive team, ideally within professional services
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage varied tasks efficiently within tight deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills
