Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent accountancy practice, is seeking a dedicated tax professional to join their friendly, close-knit team. This role offers genuine long-term prospects, including the opportunity to join the Board of Directors and potentially become a shareholder in the business.
Using your extensive knowledge of Jersey taxation, you will take responsibility for the management and development of the firm s tax department, overseeing workflows, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to clients.
Applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification and possess strong technical knowledge of Jersey Tax, experience of UK tax would be advantageous. Consideration will also be given for individuals with tax experience at a more junior / middle level who are ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
