Job Description

Our client is seeking an Examiner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The team plays a critical role in supporting the jurisdiction's efforts to combat financial crime, ensuring that businesses under supervision comply with anti-money laundering, countering financing of terrorism, countering proliferation financing, and anti-bribery and corruption obligations. Job Duties:

  • Conduct onsite examinations, including interviews with employees and board members, customer file reviews, and assessments of business controls and technology
  • Provide well-articulated and concise feedback, both verbally and in written reports, to senior-level business representatives regarding examination findings
  • Deliver examination work effectively within agreed timelines
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of examination processes and activities
  • Support the implementation of internal projects aimed at enhancing operational systems and controls

 

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding of AML/CFT/CPF legislation and regulation, with experience in applying relevant controls
  • Experience in or closely working with risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance, or internal audit functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Motivated to pursue continuous learning and development, with a flexible approach to challenges
