Our client is seeking an Enterprise Support Mimecast Specialist, to join their professional team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will be required to work within a dedicated team providing support on the Mimecast product, being responsible for monitoring, supporting, management and escalation of all Mimecast related services under the firm's responsibility (including incidents, problems, changes, and customer requests are resolved efficiently and correctly across all Mimecast services). This role is working Monday-Friday working between 07:00 and 18:00, sharing an early/late pattern with other Enterprise Support Engineers, E.G: 07:00-15:30 or 09:30-18:00, and it is desired for the successful candidate to hold a valid and clean driving license. You will also have 2+ years' supporting Mimecast products/services, ideally backed up with Mimecast Warrior and Gladiator qualifications (or equivalent with another product).
