Job Description

This role is focused on managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as their key point of contact and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue through up-selling, cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities. This includes developing strategic customer engagement plans and attending regular reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and growth. Collaboration with internal teams-such as product, marketing and engineering-is essential to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves handling bids, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer service issues are addressed. A strong understanding of ICT, cloud, SaaS, and telecom services is critical. Applicants should be highly organised, target-driven, and capable of C-level engagement, with flexibility to attend events and support leadership when required. Strong communication skills and compliance with regulatory, safety and data protection standards are also essential.
