Job Description

Our client is seeking a driven self-starter who would enjoy learning and professionally developing themselves to join their Employee Benefits team as a Junior Administrator. Responsibilities will include corporate employee benefits scheme administration, creating and maintaining schemes or records and client data, dealing with telephone, post and email enquiries from employers and reconciliation of client data. The candidate will be capable and energetic who has a proven track record of working to their own initiative and delivering to tight deadlines. Experience in risk & healthcare and employee benefits administration is desirable but not essential as training and development will be provided.
