An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a multinational team as an EMEA People Office Team Co-ordinator for a temporary, full-time period of 3 years. Mostly working together on a virtual basis, there will be opportunity for some in person touchpoints during the year. Duties will include but not be limited to coordinating activities, coordinating and maintaining connectivities, supporting project management office with logistics, the planning and delivery of virtual upskilling/conferences and supporting the arrangement and facilitation of team meetings and calls on both logistic and content aspects. The suitable candidate will be excited to dive into a not so typical position, be super organised, have strong soft skills and a curiosity about others and be digitally savvy.
