Educator at YouMatter

YouMatter is a local charity that empowers children and young people to feel confident, make informed choices, and navigate modern life. We deliver engaging, evidence-based PSHE workshops across Jersey’s schools, helping children and young people build confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships.

We’re looking for a new Educator to join our small, passionate team. If you care deeply about children’s wellbeing and love bringing learning to life, we’d love to hear from you. (Primary specialism particularly welcome.)

About the role
• Deliver high-quality, interactive workshops in primary and secondary schools.
• Work independently in classrooms and community venues, with strong support from our team.
• Contribute to workshop and resource development.
• Represent YouMatter with professionalism, warmth, and creativity.
