Job Description

Role supports trust officers in administering activities for several entity types, including employee share schemes, pension schemes, and deferred compensation schemes, ensuring regulatory requirements, operational standards and controls are complied with.  Duties include preparation of trust resolutions, investment instructions and inputting of payments; assist with preparation of trustee meeting packs, updating schedules and being a source of administrative support; Static Data updates using NAVOne; assist with general filing/archiving/scanning; billing and working capital cycle – prepare monthly billing packs, send out invoices and debtor chasing; maintain training and development; general assistance in internal projects such as FATCA/CRS reporting and KYC/administration reviews; general administration duties.
On the job training on the trust structures will be provided and there is potential for supporting external studies such as ICSA/STEP.  Candidate must have knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook; experience of an office environment helpful; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure; ability to demonstrate effective communication skills; client focus; ability to work well in a team.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
