Duty Team Member at No1 Lounges (JER) Ltd

You will deliver excellent service and champion the guest experience across the lounge. You work as part of a team and are multiskilled at performing a variety of roles. You are a brand ambassador for No.1 Lounges and engage with each guest to deliver a great experience every time.
The main areas which you will focusing on when engaging with every guest are -
1. Bar - serving all drinks, as well as being consistent and compliant.
2. Floor - whilst clearing/resetting tables and maintaining your sections, you will be engaging with
guests.
3. Food Service - you will be running food from the kitchen to guests and looking after any selfserve
food area.
4. Duty Manager - at times, you will require to step into the leadership role
You will be asked to work 5 days a week (can differ each week) a mixture of early shifts starting at 5am and late shifts finishing 7.30pm.
