Duty Care Manager at Tranquil Home Care Ltd

Tranquil Home Care is looking for a dedicated Duty Care Manager to join our friendly and supportive team. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help deliver exceptional, person-centred care in the community by providing hands-on support to clients, overseeing day-to-day care, guiding and supporting carers, assisting with rostering, staff supervisions, and training. Your role will involve overseeing clients' wellbeing, attending reviews and updating care plans, responding to changes, and promoting dignity, independence, and high-quality care at all times.
Applicants must hold a minimum RQF 3 in Health and Social Care, have experience working in the community and share our passion for delivering outstanding care.
