Driver/Stores Person at Jersey Building Supplies

We are looking for an experienced Stores/Driver to prepare, deliver and unload goods for customer deliveries. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely manoeuvre goods and vehicles as necessary to enable deliveries to be completed as required. The ability to lift heavy objects using safe working practices is part of the daily routine. A good knowledge of safe loading techniques and of relevant Health and Safety at Work are essential. Forklift/HIAB license is desirable but not essential. Good knowledge of Jersey roads, strong spoken English and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines are also necessary. Similar experience / good knowledge of building products would be a solid advantage. Please note that the is predominately as stores roll with occasional driving duties
