Job Description

Our client is seeking a Document Automation Specialist to join their Knowledge Management team. This full-time role involves managing day-to-day automation projects and collaborating with knowledge lawyers and other departments. The successful candidate will be an expert in Contract Express, with the ability to create and maintain automated documents, integrate them with existing systems, and optimise workflows. Job Duties: 

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts on document automation projects.
  • Addressing document automation support requests.
  • Managing administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the document automation service.
  • Working with other teams, such as IT, to develop document automation solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining a document automation knowledge base.
  • Supporting system upgrades when required.
  • Maintaining test scripts and requirement documentation.
  • Conducting analysis and impact assessments before implementing changes to live templates.
  • Staying updated on developments in the document automation field.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Proven expertise in Contract Express and document automation processes.
  • Experience managing complex automation projects with a structured and methodical approach.
  • Comprehensive understanding of best practices in document automation.
  • Ability to provide patient and confident support while adhering to defined processes.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and updating automated templates efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solving and the ability to suggest improvements.
  • Flexibility to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels, and work independently when needed.
  • Experience in supporting the onboarding and training of template developers.
