District Nurse Team Leader - Grade 6 at Family Nursing and Home Care

The District Nurse Team Lead provides professional leadership and will be accountable for the management of a team of community nurses/support staff. They will work with the Operational lead and their deputy to co-ordinate a range of multi-disciplinary services which will assist in the provision of safe, effective and high-quality care to patients.

Essentially you will be a Registered Nurse with District Nursing Specialist Practice Qualification (DNSPQ) or equivalent. You will hold the Independent Prescribing award V300 and be educated to degree level 6 with minimum of three years practice experience as well as being a practice supervisor/assessor. Own transport is essential.
