Job Description

A leading global fund administration provider is seeking for an experience Director to join their team in the Jersey office.

The candidate will be a key member of the leadership team who work together to achieve strategic and financial success, driving the company and managing the associated challenges of a dynamic and fast-growing business.

As Director of client service teams, you will be required to manage key client relationships through effective leadership of teams to deliver a exemplary standard of service.

You will oversee the implementation of strategic business plans and recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities for the business, ensuring that growth is managed and sustained. Work closely with the Business Development team. Act as a higher authority client contact on day to day queries and in event of any issues within the teams. Act as Client Relationship lead as required. A level authorised signatory. Full ownership of tasks. Participate in client fee quotes, negotiations and regular reviews. Cross-selling opportunities. Lead and/or participate in new client proposals and pitches and manage the onboarding process.

You will be ACA, ACCA, ICAEW or ICSA qualified and hold considerable PQE in the Financial Sector with a focus on fund administration and/or accounting. Sound technical professional services knowledge. Computer literacy and word processing skills are essential, including advanced proficiency in accounting tools, such as Microsoft Excel. Strong expertise in supervision of teams. Evidence of full responsibility for major client relationships. Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative nature. Solution-orientated critical thinking. High level of integrity and dependability. Effective budget management.
