Our client, a local regulatory body are looking for a Director of Technology to join the Operations team, focussing on the strategic leadership of their technology teams who will drive the evolution in becoming a fully digital business. You will target synergies between the systems, regulated entities and other stakeholders and bring stakeholders together.
You will develop, innovate and drive forward the technology strategy in line with the business priorities'/strategic aims which will result in the appropriate digitalisation of the businesses activities. Lead the improvement and innovation of technology and data ownership across the business through active engagement, collaboration, and successful delivery of key initiatives. Development of operational processes to secure improved efficiency and effectiveness through extended use of technology and the harnessing of data. p
You will have demonstratable experience of leading technology teams and delivering large scale programmes of transformation. Proven track record of converting strategy into action. Experience in deploying a broad range of tools to motivate and engage colleagues and key stakeholders. Good problem determination and analysis skills, lateral and highly creative thinking.
