Director - Client Accounting

The role will provide senior level leadership in respect of Client Accounting services and implement and manage effective delivery of all Client Accounting Services to a high standard within agreed timeline, leading service delivery for largest client accounting engagements, reviewing existing accounting and related operational activities and working with stakeholder to design and implement solutions; work on accounting services projects, taking lead role in project management and overseeing delivery; perform leading role in accounting integration of newly acquired businesses; lead, coach and develop junior team members and manage performance against targets; ensure compliance and CDD adhered to.
Candidate must beg qualified Accountant with at least 5 years PQE and proven operational experience in multi-jurisdictional financial services; “hands-on” project management experience across global network in commercial environment; experience in fast-paced environment; ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, timelines and projects; self-motivated, used to working in a “hands-on” role; strong communication, admin, organisational, management, analytical, problem solving and team/project leadership skills; working knowledge of risk related matters in an operational context; experienced user of MS applications; working knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBI (or similar software) a plus.
