Deputy Shop Manager at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Deputy Shop Manager to join our Retail Department on a full-time, permanent basis.

To support the Senior Shop Manager with the day-to-day management of the shop team. Building good team spirit by effectively communicating with Head of Retail, Senior Shop Manager, employees, and volunteers. Train employees and volunteers so they understand their roles and responsibilities and the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
