Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded senior leader to work alongside the MD of a leading fiduciary firm as their Deputy. This is a varied and challenging role, where you will assist with leading the performance, growth, governance and operational management of the organisation, driving both client service excellence and financial performance.
Applicants are required to be professionally qualified, with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience, 5 of which should be at board level. You ll need to demonstrate in depth understanding of fiduciary and funds services business, and the regulatory framework, and will need proven leadership skills and a track record of managing and developing a team.
