As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and education for children in a safe and stimulating environment. Your role will involve supporting staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with all relevant local regulations.

About You:
• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
• A level 4/5 management qualification or a commitment to work towards a qualification
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and local registration requirements
• Passionate about child development and creating a nurturing environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
