We are looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a self-sufficient kitchen where everything is produced in-house, with the finest quality ingredients, including fresh local produce from our renowned kitchen garden.

Longueville Manor is Jersey’s only AA Five Red Star, one Michelin key hotel, and the sole member of Relais and Châteaux. Our renowned restaurant also holds 3 AA rosettes. You will work with the kitchen team to prepare food for our 65 cover gastronomic restaurant and private dining room along with room service, afternoon teas and bar snacks.
