Data Rotation Programme - Trainee at RBC Wealth Management

What is the opportunity?

An exciting opportunity to launch their career working in the Data Strategy Office at RBC. Initially this will be an 24 month rotational programme through 4 of the key data areas: Data Governance, Data Analytics, Strategic Initiatives and Data Management and Quality. They will discover the end-to-end data journey at RBC, from defining our data to producing an interactive dashboard for users across Wealth Management Europe (WME). Across the four areas they will be able to learn about how RBC are working towards a modern culture of data. This programme will provide an opportunity to understand how data is interrogated to answer key questions from product and functional areas at WME. By attending stakeholder calls and providing support for key initiatives, they will develop critical data skills for their future at RBC.
