- Be a data visionary, championing innovation and education within the team.
- Define and execute the roadmap and backlog for data platforms to align with business vision and KPIs.
- Manage all Data & BI demand and prioritization, balancing business benefits, technology needs, and complexity/risk.
- Take accountability for end-to-end delivery of data platform enhancements and transformations, effectively managing dependencies, risks, issues, and resources.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, BI tools, and data management principles.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
