Data Management Administrator

This is a great role ensuring data integrity and inputting new data/amendments/closures; ensuring reports can be obtained from 5Series for Board and Management information purposes, National Risk Assessments, FATCA/Common Reporting Standard reporting; ensuring National Risk Assessment and FATCA/CRS returns submitted; ensuring tax details of clients are accurately recorded in the database; ensuring self-certificates received from clients completed accurately and matches with understanding of the client; ensuring residence details updated; providing reports of missing data for completion.
Requirements are ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; understanding of Codes of Practice including FATCA/CRS and NRA requirements; ability to communicate with a range of internal clients; problem solving aptitude; 3 years Financial Services experience with good administration skills; client focused; risk aware; commercial approach; good team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
