Our client is seeking to appoint a Data Control and Communications Support Administrator. In this role you will enter customer and tax information to our client's database. You will manage and process change of details requests, input data into core systems, perform client risk assessments, perform security and video calls for certificate requirements following customer instructions, and undertake projects as determined by line management.
This role would be suitable for a dynamic individual wanting a new challenge within the finance sector and looking to develop insurance experience, as well as those with existing administration and customer services experience. AML, CDD, Risk assessment awareness would be an advantage. You will require good IT skills, as well as excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
