Data Architect Operations

Exciting role enabling efficient management of data and enhancement of analysis; designing conceptual and logical data models; working on and supporting creation of Enterprise Data Model; analysing structural requirements for new software and applications and planned developments; migrating data from legacy systems to new solutions; optimising new and current database systems; ensuring systems developments are designed in line with data strategy; helping owners increase analytical and data processing ability; play key part in wide professional communities and forums; oversee key technology transformation programmes, monitoring performance against business objectives, scorecard and responding and recommending actions to trends; building strong supplier relationships; escalate and resolve major customer issues; drive exploitation of data systems and technology to deliver business and cost transformation benefits aligned to business and data strategy.
Demonstrable experience of technical solutions design is a requirement, as is experience of architecting data solutions using Alteryx/Power BI/Qlik/similar; experience defining and delivering full lifecycle Data systems design encompassing automation through provision, finance and customer service; experience of systems integration methods and technologies Strong team leadership and people management skills; highly customer focused and able to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries; able to anticipate business needs, investigate underlying causes and identify short- and long term solutions.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
