We have a great new opportunity available for a Customer Support Administrator to join a local loan provider.
The role of Customer Support Administrator covers the following areas; Sales Team Support, Customer Services and assisting with Front of House (mainly in a cover capacity). As part of the Customer Support Team you will be responsible for building and sustaining
relationships with our motor dealer and broker partners, proposing their deals and ensuring the business taken on is within the set parameters. The role of Customer Support Administrator is a high-level customer service driven role. To be successful, you must be a self-motivated individual who has excellent planning and organisational skills. You need to be a good communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills and work well as part of a team.
