An international leading offshore bank are seeking to appoint a Customer Services Representative, reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will provide an excellent customer service by way of telephone calls, emails and personal callers to the office, as well as providing an efficient, professional and friendly service.
You will need to have some customer services experience, have excellent communication skills, be confident in dealing with customers, have the ability to work independently, be able to demonstrate a good level of planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills, and have good IT skills including Word, Excel, and data input.
