Job Description

Your role will involve interacting and advising customers face to face, over the telephone and online. You will be responsible for ensuring all work undertaken complies with the department’s objectives and all relevant legislation is in order. Ensuring all systems are up to date and safeguarding processes are promoted and implemented to protect vulnerable adults and children.
