Job Description

Our client is seeking to appoint a Customer Services Administrator to provide assistance to clients and Financial Advisors.

In this role you will communicate effectively and professionally with customers and intermediaries, control and monitor queries raised by clients, and take ownership of customer enquiries from start to completion.

You will need to show strong attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, be customer focused, with excellent communication skills.

You will need experience in a customer-focused environment within the services sector, have intermediate computer skills, and be motivated and able to work as part of a team.
