Job Description

Great role providing excellent customer service and strengthening client relationships; handling RM's non-investment related enquiries; keeping up to date with new developments in banking, financial and investment products and services; ensuring diligence to policies on CDD, PEP, SAR & Risk Status; attempting to streamline and improve processes; calling bank clients to verify high risk payments and change of addresses; assisting with CDD reviews; reviewing overdraft, account balance and deposit reports; actioning PD Report and Delinquent Report in line with credit process; dealing with account opening documents; ordering cards and PIN numbers; documenting client contact information on CRMs; dealing with process payments, deposits and securities transactions; booking investment business trips; providing investment valuations and statements; taking part in AML/CDD and Sanctions awareness training; monitoring for AML “Red Flags” of suspicious activity.
A financial qualification would be advantageous; general banking experience is required, preferably in a Private Bank Client Service role; solid knowledge of banking practices and associated regulatory requirements; strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;team player; eagerness to learn all roles within the whole team; ability to work with RMs, Operations and Compliance; good knowledge of how global financial and investment markets operate; good knowledge of products.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
