Customer Service Manager at Ladbrokes Coral Group

2 positions available for the same roles with one being based in St Helier and one in St Brelades although locations are interchangeable depending on business demands.

Customer facing roles which also involve strict licensing adherence. MUST have 5 years working rights in Jersey.
Contracts available are for 34 hours per week with flexible hours worked between 8:30am - 10pm. You will have to work some weekends but not all.
Basic Pay rate is £15.50 per hour upon completion of training which roughly takes 8 weeks potentially faster.
Once fully trained potential to earn overtime paid at 1.5 x basic rate. Sundays are paid at 2 x basic rate. Also additional supplements can be earned on top of these.
Basic maths and computer skills are essential. Knowledge and interest in sports would be beneficial.
