Customer Service Executive at Butterfield Bank Jersey

We are looking for someone to join our Client Service team, to be the point of contact point for our clients’ daily banking requirements. You will deliver an effective service, with an eye for process efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the day-to-day servicing of existing clients.
Communicating with clients to resolve queries, and carrying-out call-backs in regards to instructions received.
Assisting with new client onboarding process, including credit cards. Taking clients through the application process in face-to-face meetings.
Receiving and executing client instructions in a timely manner (payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, Fixed deposits).
Assisting clients with online banking set-up, activation and related queries.
