Duties
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to become an integral part of our bike hire business.

Duties
Advising customers on the suitability and availability of bikes and cycle routes
Maintain all aspects of hiring bikes and equipment including basic maintenance, cleaning, safety checks, bookings, service history and collection of cycles.
Using online booking system
Delivery and collection of bikes


Skills required
Hard-working, enthusiastic and friendly individual with strong customer focus
Trustworthy, reliable, flexible and have good problem resolution skills.
A full driving licence to drive a company van when required
