Job Description

The position requires the post-holder to work on both LibertyBus’ Customer Service desk and Visit Jersey’s Tourist Information Centre. The role is customer facing and the post-holder will be required to conduct a variety of tasks relating to the bus service and tourism in Jersey. Full or part-time applications welcome.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Customer service and general enquiries - Selling and issuing tickets and passes
- Monitoring the bus station queues
- Stationery orders and stock checks
- Managing feedback and complaints - Cashing up
- Managing lost property
- Opening and closing office premises

Person specification
- Personable
- Reliable as required to open the Customer Service desk on the early shift.
- Proactive to ensure issues are dealt within agreed timeframes.
