Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you’ll guide and be responsible for the homeowners’ journey through Jersey Electricity’s Energy Services, from initial enquiry to installation and aftercare. You’ll build trust, provide advice, and help customers make informed decisions about electrifying their home. You will support customers remotely, or in customer-facing environments such as events or our Smarter Living space. Acting as an account manager for our range of services, you’ll make sure our customers are confident in making the switch to low carbon electricity.
