We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative to join a global connectivity and business enterprise provider.
Key duties will include:
- Providing 1st line customer support by investigating and resolving land line faults, mobile service queries and billing enquiries
- Co-ordinating and administering all new orders and faults
- Supervising progress and offering customers up to date information
- Establishing and maintaining knowledge and technical expertise on Company products and services
- Receiving and dealing optimally with customer feedback
