We have a new opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative, to join our client's team on a permanent full-time basis. You will respond to customer queries, provide compliant and high level service to minimise where complaints and disputes escalate, including to the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman and become a role model with outstanding customer service when interacting with customers and colleagues, tailoring to customer's needs depending on their circumstances. The successful candidate will have extensive prior experience in customer service complaints and a commitment to challenging views that detrimentally impact the customer journey.
