Job Description
The successful candidate will provide deep specialist knowledge to the Custody Operations team, including complex issue resolution management, the management of day-to-day client escalations.
In addition, the candidate will provide support, organise and develop the Custody Operations team to maximise overall efficiency and team performance to promote a positive overall client experience to the Discretionary Managed, Execution only and Custody Clients, while minimising operational incidents and mitigating risk.
