Job Description

Our client seeks an experienced candidate Manager to provide services to corporate clients, working with internal and external contacts to develop new business and interact with senior individuals and clients in a very hands-on role, involving board and committee paper preparation, attending meetings and producing high quality minutes; reviewing transaction documentation for client structures; general company and trustee secretarial administration including record maintenance, client onboarding, drafting of minutes and preparing Jersey Registry filings; billing, making overhead payments, updating accounting records; continuing to grow working relationships; assisting with business development including attendance at networking events; pitches for business and liaising with colleagues in other offices in respect of joint mandates; preparing periodic client reviews; working with compliance to help manage and undertake KYC processes; mitigating operational risk.
Candidate will be professionally qualified/qualified by experience (JFSC Category B level); hands on experience of managing administration for corporate clients and company secretarial and governance services; independent thinker and problem solver who ‘gets things done’; solid understanding of operations of international financial markets; excellent communication skills; proven track record of multiple stakeholder management; commercial “can do” attitude to problem solving, alongside the ability to drive new business once acclimatised to role; ability to help drive growth; competent user of MS Office; willingness to travel for business.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
