Corporate Governance Manager

In this role, you will assist with the provision of first-class internal corporate governance support to the approximately 25 companies forming part of the companys' Governance Services across all its locations, working hand in hand with the clients senior management and In-House Legal team.
Key Requirements:
- The ideal candidate would be a qualified lawyer who is keen to pursue a career in corporate governance and has prior experience of working in a company secretarial role. The company will, however, consider applications from (a) qualified lawyers who do not have company secretarial experience and (b) persons with at least ten years of company secretarial experience who are not qualified lawyers- Prior experience of working in a regulated professional services environment is advantageous- Being qualified with The Chartered Governance Institute is advantageous
