Corporate Funds Associate

Our client is a multi-jurisdictional company who focus on prestigious cross-border mandates for blue-chip and institutional-level clients. They are seeking a Corporate/Funds Associate to join their dynamic and growing team, that provide quality legal advice to the corporate, finance and investment funds sectors.
 
The requirements you will have strong academics, up to 5 years’ relevant post qualification experience with a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction.
 
The successful candidate will need to have highly relevant experience in general corporate or funds.
The role requires you to have significant attention to detail, professionalism, ability to multi-task, and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will have exposure to some of the best offshore legal work in the market and will work as part of, and be supported by, a highly successful, entrepreneurial, and collegiate team.
