Job Description

Exciting role supporting administrative responsibility for portfolio of trusts, companies and other corporate structures, delivering excellent client service and seeking ways to improve processes; being aware of evolving legal and regulatory requirements; identifying and reporting risks and concerns; attending client meetings and ensuring strong working relationships; ensuring terms of appointment adhered to; maintaining client records; ensuring accounts are correctly prepared and approved; undertaking client and internal control reviews; undertaking transactions and referring to Manager for technical assistance; providing information to clients at their request.
Candidate must be pro-active and able to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations; committed to client service excellence; organised, be detail orientated; able to work under own initiative; good team player; willing to work towards a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACA, ACIB, STEP; EBT experience helpful but not essential.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
