Corporate Administrator
Job Description
This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of structures of varying complexity, dealing with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis. Whilst postholder will have a portfolio of his/her own, he/she will also work within a small team overseeing a number of structures for one specific client; help deliver remediation and other projects; maintain statutory records in conjunction with the Corporate Secretarial Team; prepare and submit regulatory deliverables to the relevant regulatory body; complete tasks that arise as a result of Compliance Team undertaking client reviews and other internal control reviews in a timely and efficient manner; ensure KYC and CDD collected from clients and other 3rd parties and considered in accordance with procedures.
Candidate will have 2 years’ minimum experience of Finance Industry Business; a relevant professional qualification; be able to use initiative; strong communicator and team player; competent in MS Word and Excel; good organisation and admin skills; understanding of AML and CDD.
